Key responsibilities

• Communicating with International Client on email, WhatsApp for product marketing.
• Servicing Customer for Pre Sales and Post Sales Support.
• Preparation of Quotation/Tender /P I
• Export and Import Documentation for customs and pre & post shipment formalities
• Follows up with the plant on orders and sampling status
• Coordination with CHA and freight forwarding Agents
• All kind of back office work pertain to Import & Export
• International Market Research and developing marketing strategy
• Digital marketing activities vis. Social media marketing etc.
• Exploring and Developing new Business Opportunities in Overseas Market.
• Generate Lead and Export Sales.
• Knowledge in web technologies, mobile and IT domain an added advantage
